Preparing a Comprehensive Report
When all tests are completed, a comprehensive report is written with an analysis and integration of clinical findings. These findings also include a description of relevant history, evaluation results, and clinical implications, as well as diagnostic impressions as needed. Each report also contains recommendations tailored to each individual that are clearly-written and custom-designed and that can offer practical strategies for implementation in the home, school, and/or community. These recommendations also describe tools for the acquisition of new skills, strategies, and tools for improved functioning.
